This Cookie Policy explains how Sidekick Intelligence LLC (DBA Chikoh™) uses cookies and similar technologies (such as your browser's local storage) on chikoh.com.
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small data files a website places on your computer or mobile device. Cookies set by Chikoh are "first party" cookies; cookies set by another company are "third party" cookies. Websites can also keep small amounts of data in your browser's local storage; we treat that the same way.
2. What We Use and Why
We use the cookies the site needs to work — keeping you signed in, security, remembering your cookie choice and the legal checks some tools need — and, only if you allow it, cookies that remember settings you change. We show no ads and use no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. The page-view and click totals we keep are counts with no identifier and no cookie.
3. Your Choice
When you first visit, we ask before setting anything optional; nothing optional is switched on until you say so, and "Reject All" is as easy as "Accept All". You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with (also at the bottom of every page). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of marketing cookies. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser; if you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in will not work.

Analytics & Performance
We do not use analytics cookies today. Page counts we keep are totals with no identifier. If we add an analytics tool, it will load only if you switch this on.

We do not show ads and do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Nothing in this category runs.

5. Local Storage
Your browser's local storage holds: your cookie choice and the record of when you made it; settings you change (for example odds format, currency, view modes and tool settings) and notices you closed; sign-in steps in progress (where to return after signing in, a pending account link) and your account id; the league you are working in; your country and region, used for prices and legal checks; your referral link, if you arrived from one; recent diagnostic messages from the AI assistant; and, for the "add to home screen" prompt, the date of your first visit and a page count. None of it is sent to a third party, and it stays on your device until you clear it.
6. Third Parties
- Supabase: sign-in and data storage (the sign-in cookie above).
- Cloudflare: bot protection on the sign-up and sign-in pages.
- Stripe: payment processing and fraud prevention, on checkout pages only. PayPal is not currently offered and its scripts are not loaded.
- Google or Apple: only if you choose to sign in with one of them, in its own sign-in window.

7. Updates to This Policy
When we change the cookies we use, we update this page and its date. If we ever add an optional category, we will ask you again before using it.
