  • Monthly subscriptions: Refunds are available within 7 days of payment if you have not extensively used the service
  • 6-month subscriptions: Refunds are available within 14 days of payment
  • Annual subscriptions: Refunds are available within 30 days of payment
  • Refunds are prorated based on the unused portion of your subscription

3. Digital Products and Add-ons

3.1 Tickets and Credits

Unused tickets and credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Used tickets and credits are non-refundable.

3.2 One-time Features

One-time feature unlocks and upgrades are refundable within 48 hours of purchase if the feature has not been activated or used.

4. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Request the refund within the specified timeframe
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Not have previously received multiple refunds
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscriptions canceled after the refund period
  • Partial months of service already used
  • Used tickets, credits, or consumable features
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

  • Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing

7. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us for a refund, we reserve the right to terminate your account and contest the chargeback. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.
